Minky for Julia

This is crib size quilt for Christmas for Julia.  Yes, another quilt for Julia.  We figured we had plans to give each of our other kids a quilt for Christmas and we needed to give Julia one.

For this quilt we used four fat quarters, two pink, one yellow and one blue from the City Weekend from Oliver + S fabric collection for Moda and a Bella pink solid.  We used a pink and white striped fabric for border, not that you can tell with the poor lighting in picture.  The back is a minky.

Here is a close up.

Julia should enjoy it, since it is very soft on the back.

I like the cups quilt. I am a fan of chartruese. Did you see how some of the flowers in the print became handles for the cups? very cute! happy holiday!
